What we process

When you click "AI Reply", the extension sends the selected review's text, star rating, reviewer display name, and your saved brand-voice settings to our server, which forwards them to an AI provider to generate a reply. This content is processed to fulfil your request and is not used to train AI models by us.

What we store

Anonymous install ID — a random identifier stored in your browser, used to meter free-plan usage. It is not linked to your name, email, or Google account.
Usage counts — number of replies generated per month per install ID.
License keys — validated with our payment provider when you activate a paid plan.
Brand-voice settings — stored in your browser's synced extension storage, not on our servers.

We do not store your reviews or generated replies after the request completes. We never access your Google account, password, or any page other than the review management pages where the extension operates.

What we never do

Sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Track your browsing history.
Post anything without your action.

Payments

Purchases are handled by our merchant-of-record payment provider; we never see your card details. Their privacy policy governs payment data.

Data removal

Uninstalling the extension deletes the install ID and settings from your browser. To request deletion of server-side usage records, email support@replyrank.app with your license key or install ID.
