ReplyRank ("the Service") is a browser extension that generates suggested replies to customer reviews using artificial intelligence. The Service drafts text; you review, edit, and decide whether to post it. You are solely responsible for any content you post to Google or any other platform.
Paid plans are activated with a license key purchased through our payment provider (a merchant of record, which is the seller of record for the transaction). One license may be used by one person or business per the plan limits. We may revoke licenses obtained fraudulently or shared beyond plan limits.
"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use intended to cover genuine review-reply activity of the covered business profiles. Automated abuse, resale of generated output as a service, or usage patterns inconsistent with normal business operation may be rate-limited.
You agree not to use the Service to generate deceptive, unlawful, or platform-policy-violating content, including fake reviews or replies for profiles you do not manage. You are responsible for complying with Google's terms applicable to your Business Profile.
Generated replies are produced by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate for a given situation. Always review before posting. The Service does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. If the Service materially fails to function within your first 14 days on a paid plan, contact support@replyrank.app for a full refund.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions taken by review platforms in connection with content you post.
We may update the Service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
